Available shipping options and the exact shipping cost are shown during secure Square checkout. The Emporium does not advertise a free-shipping threshold.

Packages are insured for 100% of their value.

Returns

New, unused items are returnable for a refund or store credit within 30 days. Contact The Emporium before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged packages

Keep the item and all packaging. Take clear photos of the shipping box, label, packing materials and damaged item, then contact The Emporium with your order number so we can start the insured-package claim.

Lost packages

Contact The Emporium with your order number if tracking shows a delivery problem or the package does not arrive. We will review the tracking and start the insured-package claim with the carrier when required.
